Effective 19 August 2026. By using the Ariava Apple Watch app, pairing a Host, or using this site (https://ariava.noyx.io), you agree to these terms.
Ariava is an Apple Watch-first collaboration app for a coding agent running on a Host you control. The Watch is not a terminal, transcript browser, or remote shell. Watch traffic goes through the Ariava Relay. It does not talk to your Mac over a direct Watch–Mac link.
On the Watch you can view session alerts and send two commands only: reply and interrupt. There is no arbitrary shell, stdin injection, or generic command passthrough from the Watch.
You must pair the Watch with a Host using the in-app pairing code. Each Watch and Host has its own identity. Either side may unlink a relationship. Resetting identity requires pairing again. You are responsible for physical access to the Watch and Host and for keeping Host software updated.
Without Ariava Pro (Free):
With a verified Ariava Pro subscription:
Ariava Pro is an optional auto-renewable annual subscription sold by Apple. Price, tax, and any free-trial eligibility are set by the App Store / StoreKit for your storefront and Apple ID. Family Sharing is not enabled. There is no monthly plan, one-time purchase, or voice top-up pack in this version.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, under Apple’s rules. Manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings. Restoring purchases uses Apple’s restore flow.
If Apple marks the purchase pending, unverified, or failed, Ariava does not grant Pro until a verified entitlement exists.
You can speak a reply using Apple Watch system dictation, or you can choose third-party voice transcription (for example Volcengine).
The third-party path records Watch microphone audio and sends it through Relay for speech-to-text. Use that path only if you accept that processing. Exhausting the monthly allotment disables third-party transcription for the rest of that UTC month. Text reply, Apple Watch system dictation, and interrupt remain available. Apple Watch system dictation is not Ariava voice quota.
You may use Ariava only with Hosts and agents you are allowed to operate. You may not:
Ariava depends on your Host being online, watchOS, network access, Apple (App Store, StoreKit, APNs), Relay, and — for third-party transcription — the speech service. Any of these may fail or change. We do not promise uninterrupted service, delivery of every notification, or that a coding agent will follow a reply or interrupt.
The Relay acknowledgment that a command was stored is not proof that the Host executed it. Terminal status comes from a Host receipt the Watch must fetch and verify.
Ariava is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for lost data, failed agent runs, or missed alerts. Our total liability for a claim relating to Ariava is limited to the amount you paid for Ariava Pro in the 12 months before the claim (if any), excluding amounts Apple collected as its own fees and taxes.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In those places, the above limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived, including any mandatory consumer rights that apply to App Store purchases (which are also governed by Apple’s terms).
We may update these terms by posting a new version at https://ariava.noyx.io/terms. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance of the update. If you do not agree, stop using Ariava and cancel Ariava Pro through Apple.
